Woods Square is the first office space in Woodlands Regional Centre, offering rare strata-titled integrated office development with retail, F&B and childcare centre. Ideally located in the heart of Woodlands Central, in Woodlands Regional Centre – the Northern Gateway of Singapore, it comprises of 4 towers with a total of 496 small and large floor plate offices for sale and lease.
There are direct links to Causeway Point and Woodlands Civic Centre, and leading to two MRT lines – the North-South Line and the upcoming Thomson-East Coast Line. The development will feature extensive greenery and public open spaces designed to encourage interaction.
LOCATION
Located within the Woodlands Regional Centre, Woods Square is seamlessly connected to the Woodlands MRT Station, which will serve as an interchange between the North-South Line and upcoming Thomson-East Coast Line, and is one stop away from the planned cross-border rail link to Johor Bahru.
With the new up-and-coming Thomson-East Coast Line, there would be direct commute to Gardens by the Bay in the southern part of the island.
Wood Square is connected to Causeway Point and bus interchange via an underground linkway, which offers a variety of food and retail options to add to the already vibrant mix of shops in the area.
Woods Square is well-connected to the Seletar Expressway (SLE), Bukit Timah Expressway (BKE) and the upcoming North-South Corridor. With this multi-modal transportation corridor, connectivity from the northern region to the city would be greatly enhanced, serving towns such as Sembawang, Yishun, Ang Mo Kio, Toa Payoh, Novena and Rochor.
It would provide relief to the traffic along the North-South transportation routes, and would support future developments along the corridor.
With the North-South Corridor, driving time from Woodlands to the CBD would be reduced to only 20 minutes.

It is targeted to be completed by 2027.
The Woodlands Regional Centre comprises of two districts, Woodlands Central and Woodlands North Coast. With over 100 ha of land available for development and a potential yield of 7.5million sq ft (700,000 sq m) of commercial space, this regional centre will offer approximately 100,000 new jobs when it is fully developed over the next 10 to 15 years.
As part of the government's extensive Decentralisation plans, Woodlands Regional Centre is envisioned as Singapore's northern gateway. It will be transformed into a vibrant live-work-play precinct that serves as a key commercial cluster well-connected to the city via the future Thomson-East Coast MRT Line and to Malaysia via the future cross-border rail link. The Rapid Transit Link (RTL) is already underway.
The Rapid Transit Link (RTL) would offer seamless transit between Singapore and Johor Bahru by 2026, which would provide social and economical benefits for both nations.
With the Singapore Green Plan 2030, Singapore aims to achieve these five pillars: City in Nature, Energy Reset, Sustainable Living, Green Economy, and Resilient Future. As part of this initiative, we aim to locally produce 30% of the food Singapore needs by 2030. This is known as the '30 by 30' goal.

Woodlands Regional Centre is poised to take its place as the largest economic hub in Singapore’s North region.
Over the next 15 years, new spaces for business, industry, research & development, and learning & innovation will be incorporated into its over 100 hectares of land.
WIth its seamless connectivity with key locations in Singapore and Johor Bahru, Woodlands Regional Centre can serve as the strategic centre for the Northern Agri-Tech and Food Corridor.
This Corridor will integrate the future Agri-Food Innovation Park and Woodlands Regional Centre with synergistic components of the Northern ecosystem, such as farms, Republic Polytechnic and the Senoko Food Zone.

Woodlands is setting up itself as a strategic location for big corporations to set up their operations in. One of which that has set their sights there is GlobalFoundries, a multinational semiconductor manufacturing company.
Its expansion would create 1,000 new high value jobs, which would mostly be filled by Singaporeans.
To support the growth of Woodlands Regional Centre as Singapore's largest northern economic hub, Turf Club would be redeveloped to enlarge the region's population catchment with the development of new housing, along with leisure and recreation amenities. This would in turn provide more workers to surrounding businesses and industries.

To provide healthcare support for the growing workforce and population, the Woodlands Health Campus would progressively be opened from 2023.
The hospital in Woodlands Health Campus will provide around 1,800 beds.(For reference: Tan Tock Seng Hospital has 1,200 beds)
